Happy Birthday, Dad!

My dad's birthday was on Thursday, and we celebrated on Friday  at my brother Johnny's.  Johnny put out a great spread for dinner, and I thought I'd make a yummy but simple pound cake.  I started with Martha's Classic Pound cake recipe, and added a swirl of raspberry reduction. I need to work on my swirl technique.  I then added some of the reduction on top of the cake and added a simple raspberry flavored glaze on top of that.  It didn't look very pretty, but I thought it tasted great.  Very moist and dense. 







Happy Birthday, Dad.  We love you!!!!
